About the property
Holiday Home Mikela is located in the very heart of Istria, in the village of Žbrlini, Heki, near the town of Pazin.
The fenced yard of 1000 m² offers full privacy and safety. It features an open-air pool of 32 m² with sun loungers, umbrellas, and high-quality garden furniture.
Guests can enjoy a beautifully arranged covered area with an outdoor fireplace – perfect for barbecues and evening family gatherings with a glass of wine.
The garden also includes a swing and a slide, as well as a trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football, and darts.
The house has two floors connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace, and a separate area with an additional kitchen and a large space for gatherings with direct access to the pool.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds, one bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding greenery. The house can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2).
All rooms are air-conditioned, and all windows and balcony doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
On the ground floor, there is a small family-run printing shop that operates in the morning hours and is sometimes closed during summer. The parking area in the yard is shared and used by the printing shop owner in the mornings while the shop is open. The parking area is under video surveillance.
In the surrounding area, there are marked cycling and hiking trails, and the geographical center of Istria – marked by a stone pyramid – is only 1 km away. There is also a nearby ranch where guests can see horses and take riding lessons.
For food lovers, central Istria offers excellent wineries, agrotourism farms, and traditional taverns.
The nearest town is Pazin, only 6 km away, offering cultural attractions and various adrenaline experiences such as the Pazin Cave Zip Line, Speleo Adventure, and quad tours.
The house is ideal for both active holidays and family stays. It has strong Wi-Fi coverage and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Coastal towns and beaches such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Pula are 25–35 km away, offering many swimming and sunbathing options.

Wir haben im August 14 wundervolle und entspannte Tage in der Villa Mikela verbracht.
Sowohl die Villa als auch der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Für unsere Gastgeber vergeben wir extra Sterne ⭐.
Sie waren sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und bei Fragen immer erreichbar.
Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Villa mit Pool, großem Barbecue, top ausgestattet, 4 verschiedene Esstische, zwei Küchen, zwei Esszimmer, in zwei verschiedenen Stilen, was es teilweise modern und retro darstellt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend,Weine aus dem Haus und einen Honigschnaps zur Begrüßung bekommen, Brennholz wird immer nachgefüllt, Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das gesamte Grundstück ist absolut sauber. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Auch Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Grundstück gibt es zu genüge.

Im Haus war alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Toller Pool mit Lounge.
Die Lage war für uns perfekt, um Istrien zu erkunden.

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Es gibt gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2x Doppelbett, 1x zwei Einzelbetten), zwei Küchen mit zwei Essbereichen, eine Terasse, eine Lounge im Außenbereich, eine überdachte Grillstelle und einen super Pool. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, Schaukeln, eine Rutsche, kleines Fußballfeld, einen Basketballkorb im Hof, einen Tischkicker und Tischtennisplatte. Die Villa ist nicht nur für die Aktivitäten gut ausgestattet, sondern auch im Haus. Die ganze Villa ist KLIMATISIERT! Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um einen, es wird Hauswein vorbeigebracht, zum Empfang gibt es einen Honigschnaps und kühles Wasser. Zudem bemerkt man von der Druckerei im Untergeschoss nichts und wird auch überhaupt nicht gestört! Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert!!
