House Mikela Heki

Holiday Home Mikela is located in the very heart of Istria, in the village of Žbrlini, Heki, near the town of Pazin.

The fenced yard of 1000 m² offers full privacy and safety. It features an open-air pool of 32 m² with sun loungers, umbrellas, and high-quality garden furniture.

Guests can enjoy a beautifully arranged covered area with an outdoor fireplace – perfect for barbecues and evening family gatherings with a glass of wine.

The garden also includes a swing and a slide, as well as a trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football, and darts.

The house has two floors connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace, and a separate area with an additional kitchen and a large space for gatherings with direct access to the pool.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds, one bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding greenery. The house can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2).

All rooms are air-conditioned, and all windows and balcony doors are equipped with mosquito screens.

On the ground floor, there is a small family-run printing shop that operates in the morning hours and is sometimes closed during summer. The parking area in the yard is shared and used by the printing shop owner in the mornings while the shop is open. The parking area is under video surveillance.

In the surrounding area, there are marked cycling and hiking trails, and the geographical center of Istria – marked by a stone pyramid – is only 1 km away. There is also a nearby ranch where guests can see horses and take riding lessons.

For food lovers, central Istria offers excellent wineries, agrotourism farms, and traditional taverns.
